ARRAHMAHNEWS.COM, GROZNY – Akhmad Kadyrov, Chechnya's charitable foundation has sent more than ten tons of food and other humanitarian aid to Syria. This was conveyed by the leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, on Thursday (09/02).
"On Wednesday, thousands of women and children receive food products, baby food, blankets, etc. Totaling ten tons. The volunteers of the foundation Akhmad Kadyrov gave assistance to accommodation centers and temporary refugee camps, "Kadyrov wrote in an account Instagramnya.Akhmad Kadyrov charitable foundation established in 2004 to offer charitable assistance and creating jobs for residents of Chechnya. Since then, the foundation has provided assistance not only to Chechens and people who live in other Russian regions, but also for people in Somalia and Syria.Thus, in September 2016, the Foundation sent more than 2,500 sheep, 100 oxen and ten camels of Damascus Syria and surrounding residents, to Latakia, Tartus and Aleppo on the occasion of the Muslim festival Kurban Bairam. The Foundation is also providing 7,000 school kits for children of Syria. (ARN)
